No heat issues. Good performance with multi task and good response. Help sek support was great to buy in good deal price. Hope same level of support from HP during warranty period.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Be wise and careful before buying Laptop is worth buying however u suggest buy always with Accidental damage protection and all other insurances. I found my newly delivered laptop is with a ting red dot on screen and while raised this to HP, I was told this is not covered unless I have some of those policy. Basically, your gurrantee of receiving a non-defective product is not there with HP. In my opinion, HP should really pay attention to this point.

But when I tried to register for warranty it shows that the warranty has already started from August 17 2024. Didn’t expect this from official HP website. Very disappointed with the experience. What is the use of shopping in the official HP website when the company itself is shipping products whose warranty has already started. Why cheat customers when you can easily write that you also sell refurbished products in your website that too without customers knowledge.

The display type is not mentioned anywhere in the specification on the website. It is a TN display and viewling angle is very bad. If you sit directly opposite to the laptop, you will be able to see the screen. If you tilt the screen little bit also, the display is not clear at all. It is not worth spending Rs.70000/- on this kind of laptop with poor TN screen. Battery lasts for 4 hours only. Please do not waste your money on this laptop and spoil your eyes.
